His early exposure to multicultural environments has honed his ability to effortlessly collaborate with diverse teams. Throughout his professional career, Luis has consistently stood out and achieved remarkable success, making him a standout figure in cross-cultural contexts. His adaptability, international experience, and outstanding accomplishments make him an exceptional leader in navigating and excelling in the global business landscape.

Project goals

The project's goal was to position Luis Rivero as a leading cross-cultural financial planner through a distinctive personal brand identity. Emphasizing his diverse experiences working with multicultural teams in different countries, the brand mark symbolized his growth and journey. The brand design aimed to be versatile, adapting seamlessly to print materials like business cards and letterheads, as well as online platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant channels. By creating a cohesive and impactful brand, the project sought to enhance Rivero's professional career and establish him as a respected authority in the global business community.

Brand discovery

During the brand discovery phase, we focused on defining key brand attributes that would shape the overall essence of the Rivero brand. This process guided us in establishing the brand's visual identity, tone, and demeanor.

To facilitate our discussions about brand styles and goals, I developed a questionnaire that allowed us to explore various concepts. Through these discussions, we found that the image of mangrove roots perfectly embodied Luis Rivero's resilience and echoed his personal journey. Additionally, we emphasized the idea of projecting trust, symbolizing it as an open book, to highlight his transparency and credibility.

Defining the brand’s core values as resilient, transparent, and adaptable was a crucial step in creating a strong personal brand for Rivero Financial Planning’s business, setting it apart in the competitive financial industry. The value proposition centers on designing a unique and recognizable logo and visual identity that reflects these values, evoking a personalized, reliable, and credible image that builds trust with clients. A well-crafted logo ensures brand memorability and recognition, leaving a lasting impression on the target audience and distinguishing the financial planning business as a standout choice.
